This role involves managing a team of project managers, quality assurance team(s), freelance transcriptionists, vendor management, coordinating with other departments, and implementing strategies to improve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction. It is essential that this person is experienced in the transcription and translation industry and that they have experience interacting with clients.
