Is there a minimum or maximum duration for audio files that can be transcribed?

No, there are no minimum or maximum limits. Shorter files process quicker compared to longer ones. If speed is a priority, consider breaking up lengthy files. Rest assured, we also handle longer audio files.

What languages do you support for transcription services?

We provide transcription services for a wide range of languages. Please get in touch with a Customer Success Manager to inquire about pricing and turnaround.  

Do you offer volume discounts for large transcription projects?

The estimated turnaround time is provided when we calculate the cost for your project. You can rely on us to deliver your files on schedule, ensuring you receive your transcripts as expected.

Yes! We provide professional-grade transcription services with triple-check quality assurance, designed to tackle challenging audio, group discussions, various accents, and background noise.  

Can I request revisions or corrections to the transcriptions?

We recognize that there can be a variety of reasons for needing transcription services for different types of content. We welcome all content without restrictions.

How do I submit a transcription request?

To submit a transcription request, first make an account on Wordibly’s Word Portal. Once you create an account, click on “Place New Order”. To create a new account, click Login at the top of this page.

What is the turnaround time for transcriptions?

Turnaround times vary based on several factors, including the audio’s length, it’s content, the presence of strong accents, and any additional features you may request. Our turnaround times can range from as little as 4 hours to 48 hours 

How do I pay for transcription services?

We offer the flexibility of payment through PayPal and various major credit cards.  

Can I request a specific transcription format or style?

Wordibly’s self-service clients can customize their transcription using our editor. For our business customers with high demands, a Customer Success Manager can discuss various format options and work with you to deliver transcripts in the style, font, format, and file type that best suits your requirements.  

My files are highly confidential. How secure is your system?

Our file management system is password protected, uses machine learning to automatically classify and protect sensitive data, and automatically encrypts objects before storing them.  

The Wordibly team has signed confidentiality agreements with all our employees and transcribers. We have a Non-Disclosure Agreement we can sign with you, or if you have your own, we are happy to sign yours!
